No longer to be able to accept&nbsp; checks and money orders as payment . </p><p>Next e bay&nbsp; suckling more and more of your&nbsp; profit margins&nbsp; by wanting you to ship the item free,as well as in a 24 hour window. All my customers&nbsp; got their paid items shipped within&nbsp; 24 hours. But never free,Shipping&nbsp; cost were on the rise, I could not afford to ship free with such slim profit&nbsp; margins . The policy of the buyer&nbsp; always being right! Yeah&nbsp; right I do understand&nbsp; scammed work both sides. But to me a good business&nbsp; history&nbsp; and feed back should be plenty&nbsp; of proof of your seller business&nbsp; ethics .</p><p>What frosted my cookies&nbsp; and broke the camels&nbsp; back was this.....</p><p>As a seller you had to roll with each of e bays new rules. If you as a seller did not link your bank account&nbsp; as well as give them your&nbsp; SS# E bay had a new surprise&nbsp; for you.</p><p>As a seller I followed&nbsp; all the rules linked my bank account&nbsp; gave them my SS#. However&nbsp; if you where one of the 500,000 whom did not this what e bay did.</p><p>You listed and sold your item. The buyer paid ,you shipped&nbsp; the item, the buyer received&nbsp; their item, and left feed back.</p><p>Now it&#039;s&nbsp;&nbsp; time for you to get paid by a check or transfer the funds from PayPal. </p><p>Oh but wait.... you didn&#039;t&nbsp; link your back account,we don&#039;t&nbsp; have your SS#. So even through&nbsp; you paid e bay their fee&#039;s ,&nbsp; shipped the item, got positive&nbsp; feed back, We here at E bay/ Pay Pal are not going to give you your money until 90days!</p><p>So your funds were frozen until e bay felt like they would not have to refund a buyer . </p><p>I have a friend in here a disable vet, he sold on&nbsp; e bay to help pay&nbsp; his bills. How can he or anyone&nbsp; selling under these rules afford&nbsp; to sell on&nbsp; e bay? </p><p>Just think about this e bay has no overhead! You and I supply&nbsp; them with goods and services . Just think&nbsp; in the time it took to read my post....how much money e bay has made. On finished&nbsp; listening&nbsp; sold or not as most re list unsold items. Would&nbsp; you guess that they make $10.000 @ second,maybe&nbsp; 25,000. @ second? Who knows....Now I do understand&nbsp; that it does cost money to do business ,&nbsp; however&nbsp; compare e bays profit&nbsp; margin&nbsp; to your&#039;s&nbsp; it just now a fair shake. </p><p>They tell you how to run your business&nbsp; they take and hold your money. No thanks!&nbsp; I&#039;m&nbsp; done....I can make more at coin shows or flea markets . There I control my money .</p><p>I still use ebay as a tool pricing my items.
