    The above coin was struck during a period of wartime shortages, and the "gunmoney" issues derive their name from having been struck in metal acquired by melting down old cannons and church bells.

    So though you see neither in the design of the coin above, they're in there, within the fabric of the coin itself.

    In view of that, let's have cannons or bells as our next theme.
