Something bronze purchased several weeks ago...kinda tiny with a bit of depth to the fields so my photos are a bit blurry. For my sighthound addiction.

I bought this thinking it was some unidentified pod duang money. I was later told by a local coin dealer that it was not really money and was probably made at a temple as a good luck pocket piece. About 19mm diameter and 29.6 grams of bronze or brass. 1824-1851 TH pod duang 1.JPG 1824-1851 TH pod duang 3.JPG

A tiny Dutch piece of bronze I got recently: a half cent from 1912. Diameter 14 millimeters, weight 1.25 grams. Cute little coins and most can still be found in great condition for under 5 euros. HC12-1600x1600.jpg HC122-1600x1600.jpg

I love the dark toning on some of these old Victorian bronze coins. 1900 GB farthing obv.JPG 1900 GB farthing rev.JPG
