Its been through a shredder

 

Wow, shredder, never saw that before. Here is one I have labeled as "1750-1799 Mysore 1/4 paisa"

 

I have a semi shredder. I think this may have been done to keep it from being used in certain vending machines.

 

This one has the edge peened down a lot. I intend to replace it with a better example, it is just too beat up.

I had forgotten the current theme, which remains

"Coins/Medals with no rims... or Owls... or irregular shaped...."

So here is a 1973 Greece 2 drachma with an owl, posted in another thread before.

1912 Greece 10 lepta, owl, just came today. Bit of ED there.

 

1785 Colombo - Ceylon 1 stuiver dump. Rather irregular and not much of a rim

 

How about we change the theme to bronze.

 

1936 Denmark 2 kronor just came yesterday. According to Numista it is made of aluminum-bronze, 31 mm diameter x 2.45 mm thick and 13 grams, so a fairly hefty coin. It looks and feels good in hand and is a welcome addition to my stash of world coins.
