    My type set has the first year of issue in the No Cents slot, and this last year of issue in the With Cents slot. I only have the two of them now, but I really like the two I have.

    How could they hope to keep the date from wearing off when it is this weak before being circulated? Good thing this is an anomaly due to the strike, but it really didn’t take much wear to obliterate these dates.
