Huh, I've never seen those linear features that you see on the reverse, most noticeably around 6 o'clock trending towards the center, on a 1963 before. That is a moderately common thing to see on 1960 Franklins, and to a much lesser extent on 1959's. In both cases it only occurs on P mint (silver) coins, predominantly Franklins, and always on just one side. No one knows what caused the condition. The most logical reason that I've heard of is, it is something that happened during the sheet rolling process before the planchets were stamped out of the sheet.
Yeah, I had bought it raw years ago. The toning is definitely odd. I will pull it out and see if it has any evidence of planchet striations.
