That coin was forgotten for years in the Whitman album that I put pennies into as a kid. My Aunt gave me the folder for my birthday. My dad had a old half gallon Karo syrup bottle he filled with pennies and he sat me down with it and told me to fill as many holes as I could with the best one available. I was young and had no clue to what that cent was. That jug didn't have a single memorial cent in it so that dates this story. I was one of the lucky ones to get a die #2 example from change and I still have all the pennies from that jug.
JUst hoping that somewhere back in this thread, the rules were changed to span wheat, memorial, centennial, and shield Cents. That spot on the reverse erks me, but hey that's what you get with these modern Zincolns.
