    Btw, guys, not to put too fine a point on it, but we went off track after Gilbert's post of an 1810 CLASSIC HEAD large cent on the top of page 306 when McBlzr followed it up with an 1853 BRAIDED HAIR large cent. Same denomination, but wrong Type.

    Given the number of intervening posts I'm not going to add a Classic Head, but this is something (e.g. same Type or date, not same denomination) we've agreed upon in this thread.

    True. In the early days of this thread, very few could follow with the type on large cents so any large cent got a pass. About the same with seated coins. Just kept the thread moving. I love that 58 half. Pretty coin.

    Nice coin Larry. A really tough date to find eye appealing and in high grade!
