i think we usually go with the last one that followed the rules.
i hope its ok if i post this type. its the last one anyways...legal tender in the land of cartoons. ive had the disney bills for almost 25 years. too bad they are worth less than when i bought them.

2009 5 Euros Friesland "fantasy note"



The note says:

"This note is negotiable tender for the whole of Friesland".

Frisian currency board.

September 12th 2009.

Images are paintings of The Declaration of Independence and the House of the Frisian states.


I picked up a few of these off eBay a couple years ago. They are digital prints but have unique serial numbers.

I thought it was a curious fantasy piece so I bought some for the novelty they seem to be. The seller was located in the Netherlands.
