Surely someone has an 1848-dated something?

I do because I've been working on a Braided Hair large cent set.
In fact I can get back to 1840.
But I was waiting for someone else to take a turn.

If push comes to shove I can show a fair amount of older dates.
But not all.
And I don't know if there were years that the US didn't issue any coins.

But I'll wait and give others a chance.

 

If someone can get a couple more in there I have a nice 1837 I have a ton of coins from here back especially 1793-1810

 

Sounds like between the two of us we've got it pretty well covered.
I've got 1839 and 1838 covered and a big chunk of the rest back to 1794.
I'll pause for a day or two and see if anyone else jumps aboard.

P.S. I like the "coins and beer" part but I'm allergic to cats.

 

I've got some 1830s and 1820s, though admittedly not much from the 1840s.
