(just a note about Gallienus :)
Gallienus was not Augustus from 260, he was Augustus already since 253. When Valerian became emperor in 253, he immediately associated his adult son Gallienus to his power with the title of Augustus. Cornelia Salonina, Gallienus' wife, became Augusta, and their elder son, Valerian Junior (or Valerian II) was made Caesar in 256.
Valerian Augustus and Gallienus Augustus being co-emperors, Valerian immediately moved East to command the Oriental army against the Persians, while Gallienus commanded the Western army against the Germanic threats. When Valerian was taken prisoner by the Persians in 260, a disaster that had never happened since the capture of the consul Regulus by the Carthaginians in the 1st Punic War, it seems that Gallienus did not move a finger to negotiate his liberation and pay a ransom. Valerian died in captivity, Lactantius pretends he was skinned, his hide dyed red (the colour of the evil god Ahriman, today's Shaytan, in Iran: Iranians call their Western foes the "Great Satan") and exposed in some Persian temple.
Gallienus had been for 7 years co-Augustus with his father and did not always agree with him on all topics, but he could not implement his own agenda because his father, being senior emperor, had superior authority. As soon as he found himself sole emperor, he made important reforms (no doubt he had them in mind for a while): he stopped the persecution of Christians and deprived senators of military commands and provincial governments.

REV: Sella castrensis between fasces. In the field: L; In right field: Λ. Legend above: ΠOYΠIOC; Legend below: ANTICTPAT. No border visible.
    Refs: Sv-UNLISTED; RPC-I 0920; Asolati 152/1-3 (closest to 152/3).

Notes From Jawarski (2009): "Aulus Pupius Rufus is a figure known solely thanks to coins struck in Cyrenaica. The office he held is designated as follows by Greek legends on bronze coins of the highest denomination: ANTICTPAT(HΓOC) KAI TAMIAC, and TAMIAC ANTICTPAT(HΓOC) as well as by images: the sella castrensis between fasces known from asses of Pupius Rufus is an attribute of a propraetor, and the sella quaestoria, hasta and sacculus found on the semisses of this official constitute the attributes of a quaestor.

Traditionally the activity of Pupius Rufus is dated to a period between two other officials known from coins of Roman Cyrenaica: Crassus and Scato. However, there is no certainty as to the absolute dates of his term in office, although it is commonly agreed upon that it must have been before 27 BC when, as a result of the reorganisation conducted by Augustus, the province of Creta et Cyrene was included in the competencies of the senate, and the governor in charge of it was not, as before, a quaestor pro praetore, but a praetor pro consule.

Pupius Rufus, like his predecessor Crassus, struck bronze coinage in three denominations: the as, the semis, and the quadrans. …

The sella castrensis between fasces known from asses of Pupius Rufus is an attribute of a propraetor, and the sella quaestoria, hasta and sacculus found on the semisses of this official constitute the attributes of a quaestor.

Despite the gradual increase of our knowledge of Cyrenaica in the time of Pupius Rufus, the extent of his coinage is still obscure. The evident differences in the known dies used to strike the individual coins of this official indicate the existence of at least a few issues of each type. Most probably, to a limited extent, minting activity was continued, not only in Cyrene, but also in Ptolemais after Crassus. Also the conclusions made to date about the coinage of subsequent Roman officials in Cyrenaica - Scato, Capito and Palikanus - await verification by archaeological discoveries."
