    Pisidia, Antiochia. Septimius Severus, AD 193-211. Æ23 (22.59mm, 4.88g, 6h). Obv: L SEPT SE-V AVG IMP P; Laureate head of Septimius Severus right. Rev: ANTIOCH G-ЄNI COL CA[Є]; Genius (or god Mên?) wearing modius, standing facing, head left, holding branch and cornucopiae. Ref: Krzyznowska 39 var. (obverse legend, as Krz 43); Cf. SNG Cop 30. Good Very Fine/ Very Fine, detailed and expressive portrait, black-green patina on devices, tan-green deposits in recesses and fields. Ex Agora 73, Lot 172, March 2018.

    Antioch mint, 125-121 BC.
    Obv: Jugate busts, right.
    Rev: ΒΑΣΙΛΙΣΣΗΣ ΚΛΕΟΠΑΤΡΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ ΑΝΤΙΟΧΟΥ, Zeus Nikephoros seated l., holding lotus-tipped scepter; IE outer left, A under throne.

    Nabataea, Aretas IV, with Shuqailat I Æ 17mm. Petra, attributed to years 26-48 = AD 17/18 - 30/49. Jugate busts of Aretas, laureate and draped and Shuqailat, veiled and draped to right; [H] to left, [F] to right, monogram above / Crossed cornucopiae, 'Aretas, Shuqailat' in Aramaic, in three lines across fields; X above intersection of cornucopiae. CN, Type 188f; Schmitt-Korte II, 81. 3.91g, 17mm, 12h.

    Very Fine, in excellent condition for the type. Extremely Rare

    Obv.: IOV[ΛIA] ΔOMNA [AVΓ]. , draped bust of Julia Domna right
    [EMICΩ]N KOΛΩNIAC / ZKΦ : year 527 sel. = 215-216 AD. , monumental cubic altar on three steps, with 2 storeys ornamented with 3 niches with statues, small lighted altar on top.

    Emesa was the birthplace of Julia Domna, the city of which she was a citizen.
