    FYI, so far as I know all coins of this type, if you examine them closely, show Isis holding a patera, wreath, or other circular object with her right hand -- not her own right breast. It's difficult to see on many examples.

    I don't know what that is behind Harpocrates; your guess of wings is as good as mine.

    Here's an interesting LRS of Galerius as Caesar (edit: not quite as interesting - RIC VI 29b):
