    I hope this counts. Here's a Ptolemaic queen, Lysimachos's wife, Arsinoe II. She was the daughter of Ptolemy I and Berenice. Lysimachos divorced Amastris to marry her and then bequeathed to her all the territories that had belonged to Amastris! She then brought about the murder of her stepson, Agathocles, the elder son of Lysimachus by his first marriage, to secure the succession for her own children!

    In her honor, Lysimachos renamed the city of Ephesus to Arsinoeia! This was struck there.

    Caracalla did not kill Septimius and was already in power when he had Geta killed. What we need here is a coin of Thessalonika by someone who murdered a family member to rise to power. I suppose you could say the sons of Constantine did a lot of relative killing but that is not what brought them to power any more than Caracalla. I'm stumped.

    Rev: IΣTI - AIEΩN, Nymph seated to right on the stern of a galley, holding a naval standard with her left hand, her right hand resting on the stern. She wears a sleeveless chiton, with a himation over her crossed legs, there is a wing on the prow; below a trident and monogram AΛ(?)
