    Hard to see in such poor condition, but this Chinese coin is dated to a specific year, 1250 CE=Year 10, by the plus-like character at the top of the reverse.

    I'd ask if Seymour was any relation to Earl Butz but then you might think I was being 'corny'. I wonder who here got that one. Being old and from Indiana would help.

    As secretary of Agriculture his policies turned corn into the major cash crop it is today and is to a degree responsible for high fructose corn syrup. Is that bad? What may be bad is that no one is posting properly to this thread. Is that bad?
