Looks like a floating roof penny worth 1 cent in that condition to worn to be worth over face value in my opinion.
Yes it's a floating roof. Neat. Unfortunately nothing really major. It has normal circulation wear and tear.
Welcome to CT. I have several of the floating roof cents. True, they aren't worth much if anything. But, they still have a place in my collection. Fun to find.
These are from over polished dies . The best ones I have seen also took a lot off the top part of the pillars of the building making them look really weird. Maybe these will be worth something as they get older. Look how much the 3 legged 1937 D buffalo nickle is now worth. they are also from over polished dies.
