Is the floating roof a actual thing is it a error or is it cause the lines are so thin that after time they wear off just curious cause I was looking at some penny's and I believe I found one
YOU NEED TO POST PICTURES!!! It's minted that way. It is the result of an over polished die. It is not a variety, it is not a mint error. It is just a late die stage of that particular die but could also happen on other dies if they are over polished.
