Reminds me of my very first trip to a coin dealers shop. I was about 12 at the time. He threw me out of the shop saying he didn't want any kids in the shop and he only dealt with adults. Later when I was older I did a fair amount of business with him, but only when I could cherrypick something. I never bought common or generic material from him. We eventually got to the point where we got along pretty well socially, but I never did regular everyday business with him. I eventually was involved with helping to disperse his estate. Nice stuff too, AU - MS early gold (1790's stuff), a couple boxes of AU bust halves, some nice seated material. One thing I wish I could have seen were the four Mint State 1796 quarters he once had. Turns out that he had sold them years ago to raise money for surgery for his wifes brain cancer.
