Greatest places on Earth here in Illinois. I probably buy 50% or much more of everything at flea markets.

And I mean everything. Some items can't be discussed here or actually anywnere in public. However, being a coin collector, knife collector, sword collector and few other things, never have a problem finding stuff at flea markets. I also buy much of my food, clothing, shoes, toys for gradchildred, etc there. The main thing about our flea markets are you usually have to know the sellers to acquire the items not out in the open. For coins on Fridays at one flea market there is coin dealer that sells all Mercury Dimes for $1 each. If you buy quantities they are less. I occationally buy 20 or 30 and get them for about $0.90 or less each. A few weeks ago I looked closely at the last ones I got from him. 2 of the ones dated 1942D were in fact the 42D/41. Also, last Friday a 1926S in at least EF-40. I get almost anything imaginable at flea markets. Funny Thing about them is one of the ones I go to is about 100 or so sellers and that is the one I get all the deals at. Another one I go to has about 1,000 sellers and I seldom find anything.
