The mint then discovered that dealers and collectors alike were using friends, relatives and others ot bypass the ordering limits for the subscriptions set at 10 and were ordering way more than they were allowed to order.</p><p><br /></p><p>So the mint canceled all subscriptions and did not make the coins available until they went on sale individually. The also reduced the order limit to 5. But because of the subscription sellout, something that had never happened before, there was an ordering frenzy by speculators - collectors who wanted to make a fast buck and the coins sold out in 2 hrs. Again something that had never happened before.</p><p><br /></p><p>So if you to blame someone for that fine.
