The link above shows you the current prices for the first spouse coins. Second, those coin are not made for circulation. Even though the mint puts a monetary value on the coin, they are not a $10 coin. They are bought for their bullion value (the value of the gold they are made of). On the mints web site you will see many coins that even though they say $5 or $10 or $100, they are an investment tool so that you can physically own precious metals (silver, gold, platinum). Likewise, if you look at the commemorative page, you'll see $1 dollar and half dollar bald eagle coins. Those as well will not circulate.
