First For Me

I have had millions of dollars worth of new $20 go through my hands in the past few years (I work at a bank) and I haven't come across any new bills with any kind of printing issues. I pulled this one out of the back of a new stack today. Should I send it on its way or should I hold onto it?

What's the reverse look like, obverse looks cool to me .....

 

I would keep it. Surely that is some kind of error.

 

It looks like something a machine would read in the printing process.

Cool find. Your note still has the upper selvage attached.

The fp# E3 tells us the note was on the upper right side corner of the sheet before being cut. No idea on value, but I would slip it into a currency sleeve and keep it.

 

I'm not much of a bill collector but I'd definitely keep that one!

The collector sheets have much higher serial numbers, and this note was at the top of the sheet.

Definitley a keeper. I've seen these bring some decent prices. As paddy said, a cutting error.

It came in a fresh fed strap of $2000. It was the one on the back of the strap.

 

I hope you like sales, because the days of just sitting g back and doing transactions are over.
