As far as I know they are business strike and probably wouldn't grade higher than a "65" and in most cases lower than that. I feel they are way overpriced but, to a person who collects them, the price may seem reasonable. Don't expect these types of collectibles to appreciate much in the future as they usually sell for less than the mint issue price in the aftermarket.
