First coin of 2014

    Hallo my friends. Here is the first coin of 2014 which I saw. It is a 5-cents coin of Latvia. I've got it today.

    The Latvian 5 cent coin I have as well. Not from circulation though; I bought the entire eight-coin set. :) Next week I'll get the 2014 Dutch set, featuring the new king Willem Alexander ...

    In terms of collector coins, a few days ago I got myself the 2014 silver-niobium coin from Austria (obverse / reverse). Sure, not a piece anybody would use for making a payment, but I have the earlier ones too, and found this design interesting.
