First coin for 2019/ Mecklenburg-Schwerin AV 2 Thaler

    My first pickup was an aftermarket "unsold" coin from Heritage NY Sale.

    A previous 1782 had sold for $3055US in 2015 it was MS-62.
    This coin was a MS-63/ got it for opening bid of 1900:)

    Grand Duke Friedrich I of Mecklenburg-Schwerin
    Mintage 1100

    Amazing grade and early date and low mintage. Awesome coin "Goldfinger"(panzerman).

    from my 3rd edition 2002 Krause world coin catalog...
    KM#210 .875 gold, weight-3.12 g or .0878 oz. , Ruler-Frederich II, mintage-1,625
    highest grade/values- UNC-$2,250.00 no values for BU grade. so I am guessing way higher. Amazing rare coin.
