Finned Rim or Bezal Damage?

    This 1942 seems to have a folded over finned rim 360 degrees around the Reverse. It also has a suspicious looking bevel around the edge, that looks like it might just be old damage from a bezel.     Interesting.. Definitely not a Bezel issue. But maybe a Worn Reverse Die issue.
