Each State has its ruling on how, when or (If) found property shall be returned or not to finder?</p><p>So i must agree, IMO, when finding other people’s property, the “Only” honest and noble thing to do is obviously turn it into Law Enforcement and let them perform their duties with retuning property to rightful owners. Then and only then if said property happens to be returned to you it would be (Legal) to keep it! I have absolutely no doubt that every single individual here on C T is a honest and caring individual and only wishes to always do the correct and legal proper thing.
