It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
BTW.. It's only a serial number. It was not intentionally printed that way for it to look like a date.

Yes, I understand it's value is in the person looking for that specific serial number. Yes, I know it's not intentionally made that way. Your replying to a post that had questions, which you did not answer either. Your opinion, is just that, your opinion. But I wasn't asking for your opinion. Try to encourage people or to excite them in collecting or point them in the direction they need to go. With your experiences and expertise, you could help more, instead of down playing someone with less experience. In other words if you just want to poke fun of someone, maybe you should keep your opinion to yourself. But thank you anyways for your words of encouragement.

Your best bet is to compare it to notes in similar condition & denomination that have recently sold on eBay or other auction venues. Be certain to look at SOLD prices and not current ASKING prices.
