    The coin pictured in post #11 is a "Centered strike on type 1 Blank".
    It is 19mm dia on the reverse and 20 mm on the obverse.
    Struck in collar on reverse and broadstruck on the obverse.
    Thanks to those who ventured a guess.
    This photo shows where the metal seems to have been pulled out of the design features due to the broadstrike.
