FINALLY won something. Picked this up in NAC today, and was 1 of the 2 coins I bid on. I lost by a pretty heavy margin on the other.

    Anyone else have NAC wins?

Congratulations! That's a wonderful coin at a very reasonable price. Syracuse in general was relatively inexpensive today. I still was outbid on my few attempts but was in only to weak levels because of upcoming lots in tomorrow's session.

I think you'll really enjoy that coin when you receive it: I viewed it in the Hunter sale in 2014 and it looks like it's developed a really nice additional tone since then; a great buy all-around!

Thanks! I was thrilled at the price and pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to see it in hand. There were some relatively reasonable prices on different things today. The Carthage tet that sold in the Leu Winterhur sale last year also seemed reasonable for how great of a coin it is. If I had rounded up some extra money, I would have bid on that piece too.

Thanks! It should fit in well with my other buys this year. I can't wait to do my top 10 list of 2020 at the end of the year.

I finally won something today...(which I didn't expect to), though I still paid significantly more than I had anticipated! It'll definitely be in my top 10 (or 15)!
