"Lightly" smoothed the torch right out of the goddess' arms, that is!!</p><p><br /></p><p>Moreover, the bust has almost certainly been tooled to accentuate the pearls in the hair, the chignon of the hair, and probably the folds of the drapery on the bust and on Ceres' drapery as well.
