I understand the desire to know if other dealers have had any&nbsp; issues with me but the&nbsp; question about&nbsp; how much business do you do should not be relevant....well again, there goes my opinion again. Anyway, still waiting for a return call as to what thier &quot;resolution&quot; is going to be. Don&#039;t get me wrong, Greg seemed like he was really concerned this and was very polite and compassionate. &quot;Just got the call as I was typing this. Greg called me back and said they would be issuing me a refund.&quot; While I do feel a sigh of relief, I&#039;m still really concerned that he made it sould that they were doing me a favor. Also, like I said above, they checked&nbsp; my dealer references that i&#039;m sure played a huge discision in this. My point is that they did finally do right by me but I don&#039;t know why I should be treated like they&nbsp; have done me the favor. They have a department that does flag all the cert numbers on all the coins so hopefully they will be recovered when some idoit who trys to pawn, sell them to a dealer, consign them to another online auction house......or yes......even Heritage itself.Yes, the have&nbsp; had people steal coins from them only for those individuals to turn around and try to consign with them. While this may have turned out &quot;right&quot; for me, this was not good. I have spent almost a week thinking I was going to be out of my money, hours on the phone with FedEX and Heritage, as well as having some sleepless nights. I probably will do business with them again but will be very careful to follow their terms. You all should all be careful as well. Based on what I have read, this could have happened to any of you. Please don&#039;t think because you paid your invoice that it is insured. Thanks to those&nbsp; of you that offered your help and thanks to the one FedEx employee that placed his input into this.
