1st time I have came across shrink wrapped rolled pennies! Is this a personal coin roll machine? Thanks in advance! 20241001_122017.jpg

Interesting... I don't know the answer but I have seen those before. I want to follow the replies and learn something.

Don't see them much but have seen them before. Worked a concession stand for a fund-raising group years ago & the startup cash (presumably from a bank) was cents, nickels, dimes, & quarters, all in plastic rolls similar to those (although very tightly compressed (those look a little loose).

Nice '42 right on the end!

There are companies that use stretch wrap to roll coins.

    Brinks boxes use those wrappers.

We used to get these, they're just shrink-wrapped. "Fed rolls," lol, how are you getting that?

Not great for the environment. I wonder why a switch to an environmentally unfriendly wrapper?

I've seen this back in 2000-2009 I don't know why they did it but it sure helped with finding silver and certain errors.
