FDR appears to have a bump on his noggin

    Not sure what happened here but he has two worn areas. There is a bump or two where there shouldn’t be.
    What could’ve happened to do this? Not sure what to do with it.

    A dime is Clad over copper core.. Extreme heat created the bumps.
