I agree, it is harshly cleaned and the TPGs will see it. It's not worth having it graded as it will come back in a genuine holder.
A dime is 18mm, your pics are approx 200mm. So the coin is only blown up to 11 times its size. About the same as looking at it with a 10x glass. Sure the pics show the effects of the cleaning much easier than you can see it with the naked eye, but they are still there and an experienced eye would see them in a flash.
