I'll see your penny on a dime, and raise you one... One is struck with the reverses of the denominations on the same side, the other is essentially a flip strike, both are mint state, and both are heading to PCGS (I insist on a real Third Party Grader holder, for my error coins). http://www.cointalk.com/threads/a-v...an-11-cent-errors-double-denomination.230220/ Of course, if anyone steps up with a Bugatti Veyron, I'll drop them both like a dirty shirt!!
Here is what that type of error is really worth, mind you, this one is NGC MS-67 grade, and sold back in 2006. I suspect it would fetch almost double the hammer price now. http://coins.ha.com/c/item.zx?saleNo=404&lotNo=5275 (2006 April (CSNS) Signature Auction #404 - sold for $1725, with hammer).

COIN FACT ENCLOPEDIA/PCGS: DOUBLE DENOMINATION ERRORS One of the most expensive, popular, and desired types of errors are the double denominations. This error happens when a coin is struck on a previously struck coin of another denomination. Examples are a cent on a struck dime, and a nickel on a struck cent. The most dramatic are those with considerable design visible from the original strike. No pics, and it is in my SDB - but my favourite coin is one my grandfather gave me when he was 85 years old - he had owned the coin for then almost 80 years. When he was 5-6 years old he lost his pinkie finger in a corn shucker machine on their farm in the upper Midwest. His family took him into town, an overnight journey, to see the doctor but there was nothing they could do other than stitching up his hand. When they came back the next morning his older brother gave him an 1867 2 cent piece that he had been saving to spend in town on penny candy - so that my grandfather could spend it when they next went into town. Instead of spending it he saved it - for all that time until he gave it to me since he knew I loved old coins. The coin has only had two owners in nearly 116 years.
