Fantasy Dollar Info please

I am hoping you guys have some information for this coin. I am pretty sure it is cataloged somewhere, but i cant find it.

I have not seen this reverse on these so called China "junk" dollars. a mystery for sure.

 

China Medal - Japanese Conquest of Shanghai L&M-875, 1938. Yours looks like a reproduction. I am not sure though - more research needed - but at least you know where to start.

 

Do you have approx value? If its real of course.

I have been seeing a lot of conflicting information through the research Ive done on this coin. Ive seen 3 different reverses. 3 different metals, & 4 different weights.
