Imo no it's just an over graded coin.

 

I tried looking up the cert. # and it has 1 too many numbers.

Thanks I was trying to put the entire # in. It certainly doesn't look MS66 to me.

 

It went for $385. I guess it's just the usual over exposed photo from that seller.

 

I see too many marks on the obverse for me to think it's an MS-66.

 

Someone apparently wanted to buy the slab and not the coin.

 

I would be more put off with all the rim irregularities on the reverse to call it an MS66. But then again, it is PCGS.

 

The 2D barcode on the reverse does come up as a legit link to PCGS's cert verification for that coin, but there are no photos on file for it.
