    The writeup says it's certified by NGC when it is clearly raw, and I do mean raw!

    I recall "winning" one on eBay with terrible photos, but a low price. "Hey, Buyer Protection's got me", I figured. When it showed up, it was one of those three-inch novelty coins. Wonder if this is one, too. (Yeah, Buyer Protection covered me.)
