As a was browsing through my silver dimes I had gotten or my dad had given me. I noticed that there didn't seem to be any 1916 W. So this must be a fake, right?

    Welcome to the neighborhood, Ellen!

Don't feel bad. Occasionally we'll get someone who swears they see the "Shroud of Turin" on a coin, and they really think it is a Mint error. However, if you ever find a coin with "The Last Supper" on it, put it on FleaBay right away. J/K!

My dad always said "there are no bad questions, asking questions is the only way to learn." ... and yes, we all had to learn this at one point in our collecting past. So don't be embarrassed. Welcome to Coin Talk, AKA CT.
