Fake buffalo nickels proof

    I know about the 1917- "certified" by Walter Breen, and the 1937 pseudo-edged cent and buffalo nickel, but as I was reading about the 1927 "Proof" buffalo nickel in the Mega Red book, it said that there was other fake proofs from 1916 to the mid-1920's.
    Sand-blast and Matte, from the George T. Morgan Estate. Can anybody give more information and a list of them?

    I believe the 1927's have been recognized by the TPG's as a "specimen" strike and they did slab them with a SP designation.
