I assume when the counterfeiters aren't busy in the shop they're at football games, shirtless, screaming obscenities, spilling beer all over everyone else, and urinating in the parking garage stairwell. General shout out to those guys: Thanks for ruining the planet.
What about thickness? Usually fake one oz gold bars that come packaged and are the correct length, width and weight are too thick.
Uh...maybe this is in reference to soccer, since only here in America do we not call it football (having a sport of our own by that name).
As I asked on the other thread, how does the thickness compare to a genuine one? Typically these fake one oz gold bars that weigh correctly are much thicker than the real ones.
Well, it wasn't too long ago that the Chinese women's team played their U.S.A. counterparts for the World Cup Championship, so I'm not so sure about soccer not being a major sport in the People's Republic.
Well, yes, that's for sure, and CRAZY is exactly what some of those European soccer fans (hooligans?) are!
In China it is legal to manufacture any money except Chinese currency. If you can buy a fake cheap enough to have on hand to compare other listing it might be worth it.
Unfortunately, it would likely be quite difficult to buy a fake at below the market price for the real thing because they would never admit that it wasn't authentic.
There are actually a few that will list it as fake or copy. I'm not sure about the law of selling them in the USA.
Gold plated Tungsten will be nearly identical in weight and Thickness. Density Gold = 19.32 g/cm3; Tungsten = 19.25 g/cm3
And we got this from the public, we didn't acquire it from a bullion dealer or company. I don't know where they bought it originally. fyi
