This might be a dumb question, but here I go. Can these Chinese fakes be used as grading tools? If they so real I thought maybe you could get one and use it to compare to original lower grade coins rather than on deminsional pictures in a book, so you could see how much detail was missing and where. Just asking. Thanks Kent

This seller just got on my S-list! :goof:

I messaged the seller and told them to have it checked and here is her reply:

"i will take the coin to a dealer,i work for a pawn shop get alot of old money.all we know about old money is what we find on the computer."

It's obvious from her feedback that she has been buying fakes from China and with a little looking, she's been making a fortune selling them:

That seller has more 1914-D Lincolns than Jack has! :goof: That should set off anyone here and should be all it takes to get anyone to stay away but the bidiots on Ebay are so desperate for a great deal they'd drink a glass of toad pee if someone told them it was lemonade. :goofer:

    Follow-up:

I've been messaging all the buyers of her numistrash and so far, each have replied that they were concerned about the coins and with my message, it confirmed their worries. So they are all in the process of getting a refund and without sending the fakes back to her so she can scam someone else. ;) Also, one person said someone else had also contacted him so please feel free to message the buyers (look at seller's feedback) to inform them of the situation. :thumb:

Yeah, great job Toad!! When I was first reading this thread at work I thought it was about another seller who doesn't sell replica's. Actually the person I thought it was about was the guy who lives in China and sells the fakes as real coins, mostly Trade Dollars.

It looks like there's a real sicko lady profiteering off of the bidiots who don't know any better. That's a shame, if I was a seller I would report her too as I know that's the best policy. She should actually be brought up on charges as she knew the score when she was told up front about the dime. She's a disgrace to the hillbilly race! :D Oh well, she will get hers as what goes around comes around, it will just take some time.

I contacted a couple of the buyers of that seller's counterfeits, suggesting that they get the coins checked out because there are so many counterfeits out there.

Prior to that, the seller played dumb with me in a reply to a message I sent. Then I wrote back saying it didn't look good for him/her since they had sold the same fake 1921-D Dime several days ago. And because I knew they were buying counterfeits. I didn't receive a reply to my second email.
