My brother wants to sell about thirty pounds of silver, Franklin Mint, $20 balboas and
I'm going to sell common date Morgans and common date peace dollars, mercury dimes, balboas, several ten oz silver ingots and probably go through old Whitman Albums I started to fill when i was a teenager. (The whitman albums probably just contain common dates because I would take out the higher price dates to buy movie tickets or stuff from the local hobby shop.)

What is a fair spread for dealer cut? My brother lives near Knoxville, TN and I'm in the mid Atlantic region.

    Thanks

    Evom777 Make mine .999

I would call Your local shops and see who has the best rates. If none are in Your area I would go with APMEX or ebay. (maybe even run an add on this very site) What I would consider a good rate would drastically vary from another`s due to the fact that I buy/sell/trade with a friend of mine who is also a dealer. Btw....what pieces does Your Brother have from the Franklin mint?

Yes, that's what I'm going to do call some dealers. My brother and both were early buyers of Franklin mint. My brother was a longer term buyer.
I don't know what he has i just know it's a lot. I'll try to find out. After i realized what i was buying from them I unloaded all of mine.
