Faded Errors

Hello Good People,
I know condition is a factor,, but Is this a ink error? stamp error? Not sure what to say or call it
Serial number on the left bottom is BOLD and serial number on right top IS NOT
Not sure if I should hold or set free. What do you think? I'm so undecided
I have some ( bold BOLD) serial numbers that are fancy but this is a first.

Looks normal to me it's just some wear and tear from circulation still a buck.

 

When ink was applied to the press the top right serial number was shorted. Still, it’s considered normal. Good eye. You’re learning.

Positive thought:

That serial number is just slightly under inked.

 

Minor inking error, but not significant enough to warrant a premium over face value.
