I have a Gold Exposition Nationale Suisse Lausanne 1964 coin. I have found them in silver but have been unable to find anything about a gold version. Can anyone help?

It has Argor 900/1000 across the bottom. It was in a collection of gold coins I inherited from my grandfather. All the other coins were gold. This one has me stuck.

What I found is that ARGOR is a processor of precious metals they make coins and bars. I suppose this could be gold plated. Its just strange that there are no other ones at least that the old internet can show me.
