Mines not very creative. I couldn't think of anything so I used my Fantasy Football ID Raiders for the Oakland Raiders and 34 for my favorite player Bo Jackson.
Mine came about after I began metal detecting. I changed the spelling to make it look more appealing. Also, I'm still a hippy at heart. My avatar is a ring that I found metal detecting. It seemed to be appropriate for the types of forums I belong to. (Money and treasure hunting.)
Mine is because I have been called "boss" by so many people at my work for the last 2 jobs over the last 7 years. I get called boss by people whom I am not there boss. I guess I am bossy, or perhaps a sort of leader type as some tell me.
My name is Kirk. Nobody else got it first. In the 90s I was CaptainKirk at msn .com It's a pretty hard name to acquire on most sites.
It is interesting to read how everyone came up with their username. My username, coinblogger, comes from my website Coinblogger.com. I have been blogging for about 2 years about massively multiplayer online role playing games. When I created Coinblogger.com, my wife laughed at me wondering how I could find a topic to write about more geeky than massively multiplayer online role playing games. Oh well, I am loving writing about my coin collecting hobby.
I've had mine since my 3rd grade. I loved to draw, and I still do, so I used "sketcher" and then my initials (PBR). voila. stuck to it all of these years = )
