Give it a break , its been through alot since the 80's .

 

The Mint Mark looks like a Die Chip with some years of circulation mushiness. I can't tell what anything else you see is.

 

I don't remember the 80's but I think I remember that quarter and it has been thru a lot

 

How about the around the eagles head what would you call that
