Why do you think so many former Soviet States and eastern bloc countries are turning away from Russia so quickly and are deperately inviting in NATO and the European Union? I am not claiming the US is by any means perfect, we were a bully and insulting and borderline genocidal in our actions in Serbia. It was a shameful episode in US history and if I could apologize for it and make it right I would.
