This piece is about 77mm and 8 ounces. Has anyone ever seen anything like it before? Of course I don't even know if it is real but it is VERY cool! Head of Janus I think and a Ram. I found an illustration of something like it which I have attached. But I haven't been able to find any real photos or get any specs on what is supposed to be the size and weight of these types of things.

** From Sir WM. BETHAM'S Etruscan Literature and Antiquities Investigated, 1842. The Etruscan name on the reverse of a medal--Bel-athri, "Lord of spies," is probably given to Janus, in allusion to his well known title "Janus Tuens," which may be rendered "Janus the Seer," or "All-seeing Janus."
